Borgasone Plus

(Topical Ointment)

Composition:

Each 1 g ointment contains:

Active Ingredients:

– Mometasone furoate ………………………. 1mg.

– Salicylic acid ………………………………… 50mg.

Inactive Ingredients:

– Beeswax, Liquid Paraffin, & White petrolatum.

Indications:

–  For the initial treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

– Borgasone Plus Ointment is used in adults and adolescents 12 years.

Dosage:

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin areas once or twice daily.

Maximum daily dose is 15 g, applied to no more than 30% of the

body surface. A treatment duration for longer than 3 weeks has not

been evaluated within the pivotal studies. As for all potent steroids

it is recommended that the applications are gradually tapered down.

Paediatric population

The safety and efficacy of Borgasone Plus Ointment in children under

12 years has not been established.
